# Dashboard bundle - 1208 bikes scored against the live market `dashboard.html` is a **single self-contained file**. Download it and open it in any browser (double-click, or `file://` - no server, no internet connection needed). The data is embedded as JSON. ## What's inside | Tab | Rows | What it shows | |---|--:|---| | **BigMoto deals** | 1,208 | Every used bike on bigmoto.co.uk, scored against the Auto Trader and MCN classifieds markets | | **Auto Trader deals** | 15,048 | Auto Trader adventure/naked/sports-tourer listings (932 private, 14,116 trade), scored against their own model's market | **This run:** 54 bikes **10%+ below** their modelled market value and 36 more at **6–10% below**, each clearing the model's own margin of error. A further 109 look cheap but sit *inside* that margin - shown as **?**, not counted as deals. 573 scores carry high confidence; 44 bikes were deliberately left unscored because no defensible comparable set existed. On the Auto Trader side: 946 listings at 10%+ below and 695 more at 6–10% below, with 2,056 cheap-but-unproven. ## Using it - **Filters** - free-text search, category, make, model, minimum deal %, maximum **drive-away** price and mileage, minimum year, low-mileage-only, **evidence** (verified deals only / mega / good / unproven / at market / over market), **confidence** tier, distance (Auto Trader tab), **price moved only**, and a toggle to include listings with no market data. A one-click **Verified deals only** button sits beside **Reset** and **Export CSV**. - **Sort** - click any column header, or focus one and press Enter. - **Shortlist** - star a bike to keep it; the ★ filter shows just those. Stars live in your browser's local storage, so nothing is uploaded. - **Export** - download everything you have filtered to as CSV. - **Share** - the filter state lives in the URL, so a view can be bookmarked or sent on. - **Price history** - a ▼/▲ badge beside each bike shows the most recent asking-price change saved in `data/history/`, with the date and the previous price in its tooltip; **New** marks a listing that first appeared inside the tracked window. Listings with no snapshot evidence carry no badge. - **Per-row evidence** - comparable count, confidence tier, the 80% range around the market estimate, and badges for low mileage, seller type, admin fee, owners, service history and MOT. - **Compare** - each row links to the live listing, or to an Auto Trader search for that make and model. ## How to read a score `deal % = (market est. − drive-away price) / market est. × 100` *Drive-away price* is the advertised price **plus the £199 admin fee BigMoto charges on top** - the fee is already in the price column, and the deal % is measured against that same total, so the two reconcile. Auto Trader listings carry no such fee. A row is labelled **MEGA** or **Good** only when its price falls below the bottom of the 80% interval the model puts around its own market estimate *and* the evidence is stronger than low confidence. A large discount on thin comparables stays **?**. Nothing is hidden - those rows keep their deal %. Scores are estimates from a statistical model, not a valuation or financial advice. Prices move: check the listing before acting on it. --- Source and full methodology: see the [project page](about.html) and [README](README.md). Published at: https://github.com/Ropaxyz/motohunt
